The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Englewood Area Fire Control District adopted Resolution IF2023-1420 to increase the New Construction Fire Impact Fees. The new rates will be effective January 1, 2024.

- (1) Single Family Residential Property - $359.43
- Duplex - $718.86
- Triplex - $1078.29
- Commercial Building - (Total Square Feet of Commercial Building) x $1.00 (per sq. ft.) = Total Impact Fee
- Mobile Home Park - (Number of Mobile Home Spaces) x $359.43 = Total Impact Fee
NOTICE - There is a $25 fee for any corrections, property transfers and/or refunds. There is a $35 fee for returned checks for insufficient funds. No exceptions will be made.
